6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

15-Day Return Policy

If your gear doesn’t perform like a champion, we’ll make it right. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must:

• Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
• Include original packaging
• Not be marked as non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

These products have already gone the distance and can’t be returned:

• Boxing Glove Deodorisers (hygiene reasons)
• Boxing Sticks (custom sizing)
• Brackets and Frames (installation hardware)

Return Process

1. Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days with your order details
2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
3. Package items securely with RMA number visible
4. Ship to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

International Returns

For customers outside Canada:
