We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) using trusted carriers to get your gear to you fast and secure.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (CAD $12.95): DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over CAD $50): EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

OUR 15-DAY RETURN POLICY – NO SWEAT
If your gear doesn’t perform like a champion, we’ll make it right. Here’s how the return match plays out:
Round 1: Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Include original packaging
- Not be marked as non-returnable (see below)
Round 2: Non-Returnable Items
These products have already gone the distance and can’t be returned:
- Boxing Glove Deodorisers (hygiene reasons)
- Boxing Sticks (custom sizing)
- Brackets and Frames (installation hardware)

Receive Your RMA Number
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours.

Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
REFUND TIMING – FASTER THAN A COUNTER PUNCH
Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – WE FIGHT WORLDWIDE
For our global fighters outside Canada:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
