OUR RETURN POLICY ROUND BY ROUND
You’ve got 15 days from delivery to return items that don’t meet your expectations. Here’s how we handle the match:
Round 1: Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Include original packaging
- Not be marked as non-returnable (see below)
Round 2: Non-Returnable Items
These products have already gone the distance and can’t be returned:
- Boxing Glove Deodorisers (hygiene reasons)
- Boxing Sticks (custom sizing)
- Brackets and Frames (installation hardware)
THE RETURN PROCESS – STRAIGHT AS A JAB
- Step 1: Contact Our Corner Team
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Step 2: Receive Your RMA Number
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Pack and Ship
Securely package the items with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Canada - Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
REFUND TIMING – FASTER THAN A COUNTER PUNCH
Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – WE FIGHT WORLDWIDE
For our global fighters outside Canada:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
